• First, we pull your order. This is an order for Tigerwood being shipped to Florida.
• The decking is initially strapped with metal straps and corner protectors.
  
• Note how we separated the Specified lengths for the Customer

• A custom pallet is constructed to fit the decking

• The decking fits the pallet perfectly!

• Next, our staff custom built the "step crate" to match the customer's order.
• The Specified Lengths the customer ordered required several lengths in the crate.

• The sides were added and the entire order is being strapped around the crate
• We strap the decking inside the crate and strap again outside the crate.
• If the customer orders fasteners, these are also integrated into the crate so everything arrives together

• Here we are using screws strategy to insure strength at the ends.
• We try to insure protection against errant forklifts.

• We glue along the seams

• The decking is strapped and the outside of the crate is strapped.
